The concept of Mallah was born through young local Partners Mr. Yousaf & Mr. Mubarak on 2016 who has a passion for Traditional Food, exploring local traditional recipes to offer the best local To Goain courses, sweets and snacks in addition to a menu of twisted Emirati traditional food.
Mallah was launched as an Emirati local traditional brand with a very global appeal that it would rival the global brands in unique taste and quality; using top quality ingredients & staff.

Mallah currently has 3 branches in Sharjah , Abu Dhabi & Alain ; covering the maximum capacity of those cities in addition to other near cities such as Ajman & Dubai ; Through their own fast delivery service and collaborations with some well-known trusted online delivery applications.
Through Seven-7 years of service; Mallah served thousands of customers, hundreds of companies, institutions , universities and more at National events ,celebrations, days and even on a daily base through Mallah’s catering & daily rich menu.
